We are thrilled with the latest announcement from WILLs Inc. (4482) regarding our expanded alliance and deepening collaboration.

Since Dec 2021, we have been offering corporate-sponsored research and corporate access to WILLs' client base of more than 650 listed companies in Japan, which will now be expanded to include:

1. Comprehensive financial advice with the aim of achieving long-term and sustainable corporate value improvement
2. Strategic shareholder optimization driven by access to overseas institutional investors
3. Support M&A activity through verification of clients’ ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) ratings
4. Personal and cultural exchange to further promote the alliance
